About PROFSCOPE
PROFSCOPE is an innovative Web App dedicated to all-encompassing professional orientation for students.
It will include a set of special programs that provides students with adequate support and help them recognize their physical, cognitive and personal traits. These features will also assist students in finding careers that are in harmony with their Emotional Intelligence (EQ), skills, career goals and workplace requirements.
Our student-focused approach allows us to communicate the various natures of different jobs to students interactively and accurately identify the most suitable jobs for each individual. PROFSCOPE increases students’ awareness and familiarity with current job market trends, how they can implement the results of personality tests and how they can benefit from choosing the occupation that perfectly fits them.
After the preliminary personality and skills assessment, users will be able to virtually try out the job of their choice in a playful way. The real workplace simulator is designed to give you a preview of what that specific position requires daily.
The main problem we are solving
Recognizing or identifying an individual’s interests and skills is one of the most challenging and complex tasks instructors or career centers face as they guide their students through the career journey. At the same time, professional orientation is considered one determinant that supports individuals’ personal choices.
Only around 20% of undergraduate students go to their school’s career centers for vocational orientation advice. Instead, students prefer consulting with friends and family members about major selection, employment prospective and career growth opportunities. This explains why so few students are confident they will graduate with enough knowledge and skills to compete in the job market.
Today, in the current educational environment, it is crucial to provide students with the trustworthy, innovative solution to help Millennials and Gen Z secure a comfortable income after college, job satisfaction and career development.
